Military units of the armed forces of Armenia violated ceasefire 115 times throughout the day, using large-caliber machine guns, Azerbaijan`s Defense Ministry said Aug.16.
“The Co-Chairs are currently working with both Ministers to schedule meetings on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly in New York, as we have done in past years,” Richard Hoagland, the U.S. Co-Chair of the OSCE Minsk group, said in a statement to APA.
